We were commissioned by property developer BPT to design a letting brochure for The Cornmill, a shopping centre in Darlington, County Durham.
Each spread contained little more than 100 words of text. To counter-balance this we introduced a strong graphic treatment to bring weight
and structure to the design and
establish a distinctive identity for
the development which was carried through to other marketing material.
