Princes House is a new-build office building behind a traditional façade in Jermyn Street, St James, London.
We were commissioned by property developers Ivory Gate to design a letting brochure for the scheme.
The brochure features a fascinating and unusual narrative about the rich history of Jermyn Street by writer Michael Horsham, illustrated with abstract photography by Richard Learoyd. The presentation of this historical information in a strikingly contemporary context reflects the scheme’s own juxtaposition of old and new.
