As well as being the ‘home of cricket’ and the headquarters of the Marylebone Cricket Club, Lord’s Cricket Ground is also home to an indoor cricket school, a museum, a library, a real tennis court, the English Cricket Board (ECB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), and an outdoor training field (the Nursery Ground).
The stands and buildings surrounding the cricket field range in style from the historic Pavilion, built in 1890, to the futuristic NatWest Media Centre completed in 1999. We designed a signage system that works across the diversity of architectural styles, providing a consistent wayfinding thread for spectators throughout the Ground.
