We were commissioned by property developer Millennium Lofts to design a brochure and marketing campaign for 9 Kean Street, a residential conversion of a traditional warehouse in Covent Garden, London.
The brochure consists of two separate documents wrapped in a single cover. One document provides an atmospheric photographic essay about the location by Gueorgui Pinkhassov of Magnum Photos, the other document contains information and photography of the building
with indicative floor layouts. The documents can be separated by tearing down a perforated line.
Other marketing items produced included advertising, stationery, hoardings, signage and an on-site sales area.
