Lend Lease is a leading international retail and residential property group. When they relocated their European head office to Hanover Square, London, they commissioned us to design a series of graphic interventions to inspire and engage both staff and visitors.
We designed art showcases which are situated in the lift lobbies and allow staff communities to create their own art displays. Sculptural box elements provide a simple organisational framework, helping individuals to produce cohesive and well-structured displays. This allows each department within Lend Lease to express their own identity which can be changed on a seasonal basis. We also designed a series of community notice board walls located within each office space. They provide an elegant mechanism for the display of staff messages.
These graphic interventions in the head office are designed to engender a sense of partnering, creativity and inventiveness within the organisation.
