The Canal Building is a residential conversion of an industrial warehouse on London’s Regent’s Canal.
We designed an identity for
the development to appeal to
a discerning, design-conscious
market.
The identity focused on the strong architectural grid of the building, and
its water side location, to provide
a compelling graphic image which
was used on all marketing materials.
The identity was applied across
all media including advertising,
leaflets, stationery, a sales area
and signage.
